1. Services and Products

We provide online mock tests, test series, and reading materials (PDFs) for judiciary and law exams. All products are digital in nature and are accessible via the user dashboard upon successful payment.

2. User Accounts

To access our test series, users must register using a valid mobile number and OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Sharing your account access or purchased materials with others is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension without refund.

3. Intellectual Property (IP)

All content, including PDF tests, questions, explanations, and website design, is the exclusive property of Law Classes Jaipur. Attempting to download, print, screenshot, reproduce, or distribute the secure PDFs is a violation of our intellectual property rights and may lead to legal action.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (Cashfree). We do not store your card or UPI details.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
